Final Sale:    All sales of goods and/or services shall be final and payment in full shall be in accordance with all other terms, conditions and agreements included on this page and the credit application. No transaction shall be construed to be a consignment of said goods and/or services.

Returned Checks:    Returned or NSF checks will result in your account being placed on a prepay only or credit card only status. A twenty-five dollar ($25) service charge will be assessed for each return.

Shipping:    All orders are shipped via UPS, RPS, or truck F.O.B. Endicott, NY 13760

Cancelled Custom Orders:    Custom orders may not be cancelled anytime after production of the order begins.

Credit Card Orders:    Credit card orders will be charged when the order is placed to verify credit card information. Any declined credit card orders will be cancelled.

Refused Orders:    Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus freight charges.

Claims:    All claims for damage, shortages or loss must be made against the delivering carrier. Original packaging materials must be retained for inspection. Please report claims for damages or shortages to us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of goods.

Prices:    Listed at your cost on price list. Call for large quantity purchase discount pricing.

Returns:    Absolutely no merchandise is returnable without a return authorization and shipping label. Do not return merchandise without an authorization or the return will be refused. All custom order products are manufactured specifically for your order and therefore are not returnable. Any quality problems will be handled by sending you a replacement order of tent cards at no charge.
